Stir-fried on an extremely blazing hot extra large wok tofu (soy bean curd) deep fried in vegetable frying oil free of trans fat and no cholesterol, fried until crispy, then carefully sauteed with black fungus, fresh white onions, with fresh peeled green onion sticks, cooked along with in our special dedicated ginger-oyster sauce. served with a small cup of gourmet steamed premium jasmine rice.
