We take a fresh green tropical papaya, shredding off the skin then hand dicing it into our freshly prepared pure sweet thai coconut sauce, fresh grounded whole garlic coves, fresh strings of green beans, slices of fresh tomatos, along with grounded peanuts and grounded dried mini shrimps, all served alongside lettuce or cabbage. a truly healthy choice!
