Another favorite of the mediterranean. this truly lebanese dish is one of the healthiest salads one could eat. made with fresh parsley, green onion, mint, bulgar wheat, various spices in exact amounts that we cant tell you about and tossed together with fresh lemon juice and a little olive oil to make a wonderfully light meal. now mama doesnt know this, but when she gave us the hummus recipe, the tabouli recipe was stuck to the back. we hope you enjoy another favorite of ours!
